Please submit information needed and if I need more I will send an email requesting for additional information. 

I send drafts for approval 1-3 weeks before shipping. 

I ship week of event date, if sooner additional fees may apply 

Shipping will take 1-3 days 

Treats listed are the popular items, if you do not see an item please send an email requesting for approval.

Please select the amount of treats from the list. Each treat will contain one dozen (12) items.

For example, a pick 4 package, will have 48 total treats. All treats will be filled.

If you would like to add a photo to your design, please email CustomsRusss@gmail.com with your order number. Please select a good quality photo with a clean background for best results.

* Colors display differently monitor to monitor. The colors on screen may be slightly different from what is printed.

* Refunds are not available due to time spent on your customized items. If you have any issues with your item(s) please contact me so I can try to find a solution.

* All shipping is done via USPS/UPS. You will receive a tracking number once it is shipped. Please note once item(s) are shipped I will not be held responsible for your package during transit. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment please contact me ahead of time.
